| Arranging |
| We can create sheet music arrangements for most
ensembles from either existing sheet music (a piano part will do)
or from off a CD, Mini-Disc, MP3, cassette or even vinyl. For example, Simon may need a grade 3 violin part whereas Paula may be put-off by this and would require something simpler. If you want, we can also personalize music by including the child's name on the music instead of 'violin' part. This can build up the child's confidence. |
| We can also alter any existing music you may have. For instance you may require such music to be added to or transposed. Whether it's a single part that needs changing or an entire section, we're here to help. |
| Recording |
| In all GCSE and A-Level music courses,
students are required to compose and/or arrange a number of pieces.
We can digitally record your creations for you, producing fantastic
sounds whilst at the same time making certain that the recording
is a 100% copy of what's in the score. The recordings are then either
burned onto CD or saved as MP3 files. For more info, click here. |
| Printing/Transcribing |
| There are several printing services we offer. These include resizing music (for easier page turns or just to make the print bigger), producing printed music from handwritten scores or from faded and tatty music that has been used regularly and requires freshening up. |
| Composing |
| We can create original music for either instrumentalists to play or choirs/soloists to sing. For instance, a student may write lyrics for a school song/anthem, which we can put to music. Alternatively, you may require incidental music for a shool play. The music can be in sheet music form for students to play or can be recorded by us onto CD or MP3. |

| We'll help you with anything - from just wanting
a few lessons on how to use Sibelius, to knowing how to record
your compositions the way we do. We'll even help you purchase
and install pieces of hardware together and make them successfully
interact with your software. If you need advice, we'll provide that too. |
| Tutors - Tutor Finder |
| Our Tutor Finder service is designed to find a student the right sort of tutor to match his or her individual needs. |
| 'Show Me How It Goes' |
| If students are struggling playing a particular piece of music, we can play it for them for use as a study aid. |
| Musicians - Musician Finder |
| We can arrange for musicians to come
and play for you at the school. You can include a question &
answer session if you wish. Students can learn what it's like to
be a professional/semi-professional musician. They can be inspired
by the dedication and discipline it takes to reach the top. These
occasions can be very beneficial for young musicians on the learning
curve. Whether it's a pianist you require for school assemblies or concerts, or whether you would like a string quartet to play for half an hour, we aim to provide you with the music you need. |
