Do I have to fill in the online form to make an order and get a quotation?

No, you may give us a ring or complete our online contact me form and we'll phone you!
Alternatively, you may print out and post the on-line form to:

Designer Music, PO Box 55, Grassendale, Liverpool, L19 0WZ.

What kind of recording service does Designer Music offer?

We offer a digital recording service using sound modules to create and edit sounds specifically to suit your purposes. If you want a cost effective way of recording your music, producing a quality finish that not only sounds great but is also 100% accurate, then this is the service for you. We can record onto CD or produce MP3s.

1. Simply complete the online order form telling us what you want us to do. You will be given the choice of sending us your printed or handwritten music through the post or uploading files through our online form.
2. We will then email you with a cost and estimated completion time.
3. You can then accept or decline the quote. If you wish to go ahead with the order you can accept the quote online by clicking the link in the quotation email, through the post by sending a cheque, or over the phone. As part of the acceptance, you must provide your payment details. However, we will not process any payment until your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch.
Please note: All credit/debit card details given online will be held securely by Secpay.
4. Once we have completed your order, we will process your payment details and then deliver your order. If you requested to receive your recording as an MP3 then we will send you an email with a link to access it online. We will also return your sheet music to us if you sent us your original copy.

Can I submit an order from outside of the UK?

How can I send you my music?

As well as posting, you may also send us your music through our on-line form. It's easy to do and of course you save on postage costs and time! However, please note, uploading does take twice as long as downloading.
Please do not send any items by post unless you have first submitted the on-line form or phoned us with your order. If you do choose to post items to us, try to send us copies if possible. If you do send originals we will return them once we have completed your recording. However postage + packing costs for these items will be included in your quotation.

A. Outside of the UK:
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you may send us your music through our on-line form.
It's easy to do and of course you save on postage costs and time! However, please note, uploading does take twice as long as downloading.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may send us your music through the post but we will be unable to return it to you, so please send copies.

Designer Music is determined to defend copyright and the interests of musicians in general. Therefore if necessary, we will check the copyright status, where appropriate, for sheet music submitted to us for any of our services. If there are copyright restrictions, there may be additional charges to be made. Some copyright owners may allow their music to be recorded for an individual for educational purposes but may insist that the file is destroyed after it has served its purpose. On rare occasions, the recording of such a piece may even be prohibited. Any copyright restrictions including charges, will be advised to the customer before any recording is made and before any payment details need to be given.
