| 1. | Make up 5 multiple-choice questions about music, giving each one a correct answer and 3 alternatives. | Your questions must be based on a theme (eg composers/songs/theory) and can include small jpeg images. |
| 2. | Once you have thought of your questions and answers, think of a title for your quiz and then click on the button below to send it to us through our online form. | You will be given the opportunity
to tell us a little about yourself, and if you want to, upload
or email pictures for your questions or to put along side the
little bit about yourself. |
| 3. | After you have sent us your quiz, we will check it and then confirm to you via email that it will or will not be added to our selection. | When we email you confirmation that your quiz has been accepted, we will ask you to reply stating which download you would like. We will then email it to you. |
