No, you may give
us a ring or complete our online contact
me form and we'll phone you! Designer Music, PO Box 55, Grassendale, Liverpool, L19 0WZ. Please email chris@designermusic.co.uk us once you've posted the form. Can I submit an order from outside of the UK? Yes, However, you
can only receive your order via download from our web site. How can I send you music/text/pictures to create my composition? As well as posting,
you may also send us any material through our on-line
form. Please note,
if you wish a picture to be included in your music, you must
send it as an upload. Once we have received your order (including all the items you send to help us), we will email you with an estimated completion date and cost. If you decide to go ahead, and providing we have all the necessary items we will aim to complete the music to fit to your deadlines as best as possible. Obviously, big assignments may take weeks and even months to complete and so we recommend that you give us plenty of time. Q. What do I get for my money? If
you order a sheet music composition, you will receive each
part separately along with a
full score (if you have ordered more than one part). You
will also receive a midi file of your
composition as well. If you wish for your music to be sent
through the post, it will be sent on
sheets of good quality A4 paper. You may even ask us bind
or laminate your music. There is a
small charge of 50p per page for laminating and £2
for binding. We will e-mail the midi file to
you after we have sent your composition.
If you order an audio composition, you will receive the
CD, Minidisc or MP3 (depending on
your choice).
Q. How much does it cost and when do I pay? Once you have submitted your order, we will assess your request and may possibly -usually in the event of a big assignment- contact you to discuss a suitable cost. Subsequently, we will e-mail you with a no-obligation quote and completion time. If you choose to accept, you may do so online, over the phone or through the post. Whichever method you choose, you will be required to provide payment details as confirmation of your acceptance of our quote. However we will only process any payment once your order has been dispatched. (You may pay by cheque or credit/debit card). However, if the printout is especially large, we will process 15% deposit prior to starting but you will be informed if this is the case. Otherwise we will process your card payment for the total cost following the dispatch of your order. Q. How will you send me a sheet music composition? If you order sheet music you may receive your composition through the post or as a download (PFD file format) from our web site. We prefer the download method for many reasons: •
It is quicker, cheaper and safer than sending it through
the post You may of course ask for your composition to be sent through the post, but please note, there will be additional charges for paper, postage and packing. You may also ask for your music to be laminated (40p per sheet) or comb bound £2. How will you send an audio composition? A. If you order an audio composition, you may receive your arrangement through the post or as a download (MP3 file format) from our web site. We prefer the download method for many reasons: • It is quicker,
cheaper and safer than sending it as a CD or Minidisc
through the post. If you do require your composition to be sent as a CD or Minidisc through the post we will of course comply but please note, there will be additional charges as well as postage and packing. What happens if I'm not satisfied with the composition? If you
are unhappy with the composition, you must inform us within
7 days telling us exactly
what you wish to be altered. We will make every reasonable
effort, free of charge, to make all the necessary changes
required. We may also, at our own discretion, decide to completely
redo the project, starting from scratch.
