Q. What do I have to send you to create my arrangement?

Basically, anything and everything which could be useful. Primarily, sheet music (eg. a piano part) or a CD/Mini Disc/Mp3 from which we could create your arrangement. You can also send us any pictures and text you may wish to be included, either for use within the score itself or as a CD insert. However, please note, any pictures/artwork must be sent to us through the on-line form as an upload.
If the piece you want arranging is very famous (eg. Christmas carol, nursery rhyme, national anthem), then there's no need to send us anything; but it must be very famous!! If all you can give us is a title and omposer and we don't know the music, we will contact you to discuss the matter further. Just fill in the online form telling us what you want.

Q. How can I send you music/text/pictures to create my arrangement?

As well as posting, you may also send us any material through our on-line form. Please note, if you wish a picture to be included in your music, you must send it as an upload. Instructions will be given in our online form. It's easy to do and of course you save on postage costs and time! However, please note, uploading does take twice as long as downloading.
Please do not post any items to us until you have submitted the on-line form or phoned us with your order. If you do choose to post items to us, try to send us copies if possible. If you send originals we will return them once we have completed your arrangement. However postage + packing costs for these items will be included in your quotation.

Q. How long does it take to complete an arrangement?

Once we have received your order (including all the items you send to help us), we will e-mail you with an estimated completion time and cost. If you give us the go ahead, we will aim to meet the deadlines you specify.
Normally we can complete a 1-2 page piano piece in a day or two providing we have all the necessary items from which to create your arrangement. Obviously, the more instruments involved and the larger the piece, the longer it will take and we therefore recommend that you give us plenty of time.

Q. What do I get for my money?

If you order a sheet music arrangement, you will receive each part separately along with a full score (if you have ordered more than one part). You will also receive a midi file of your arrangement as well. If you wish for your music to be sent through the post, we will email the midi file to you after we have sent your arrangement.
You may also ask for your arrangement to be laminated (50p per sheet) or comb bound £2.
If you order an audio arrangement, you will receive the CD, Minidisc or MP3 (depending on your choice).

top

Q. How much does it cost and when do I pay?

Once you have submitted your order, we will e-mail you with a no-obligation quote and completion time. If you choose to accept, you may do so online, over the phone or through the post. Whichever method you choose, you will be required to provide payment details as confirmation of your acceptance of our quote. However we will only process these payments once your order has been completed.
If the arrangement is especially large, we may process 15% deposit prior to starting but you will be informed if this is the case.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card or by cheque.

Q. How, and in what format, will I receive my sheet music arrangement?

If you order sheet music you may receive your arrangement through the post or as a download (PFD file format) from our web site.

We prefer the download method for many reasons:

• It is quicker, cheaper and safer than sending it through the post.
• If your sheet music arrangement gets dirty, you can simply throw it away and print out another.
• The quality is just as good as if we sent you the arrangement through the post.
(Print out a free sample now to see how good the quality is).
• Fonts are embedded within the document. We don't send the music as a Word.doc for instance because you may not get what you expected. If you don't have the right fonts installed on your computer, musical notation may end up looking like gobbledygook!! PDF files embed the fonts within the document so this doesn't happen. You can't see the embedded fonts of course but you can guarantee the music will be music and not nonsense!

If you do require your arrangement to be sent through the post we will of course comply but please note, there will be additional charges for paper, printing, postage and packing.

How will you send me an audio arrangement?

If you order an audio arrangement, you may receive your arrangement through the post or as a download (MP3 file format) from our web site.

We prefer the download method for many reasons:

• It is quicker, cheaper and safer than sending it as a CD or Minidisc through the post.
• You can copy it onto CD or Minidisc from your computer.
• If you order a CD arrangement and lose it, that's it. However, if you have an Mp3 version which you then copy onto CD you can afford to lose it!

If you do require your arrangement to be sent as a CD or Minidisc through the post we will of course comply but please note, there will be additional charges as well as postage and packing.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my arrangement?

If you are unhappy with your arrangement, you must inform us within 7 days telling us exactly what you wish to be altered. We will make every reasonable effort, free of charge, to make all the necessary changes required. We may also, at our own discretion, decide to completely redo the project, starting from scratch.
However, unfortunately, because of the nature of the product, we can't offer refunds, sorry.
Please read our terms and conditions for more info.
